* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, northern, and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Taylor. In northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour and Upshur. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Nicholas, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas and Southeast Raleigh.

* WHEN...From late Thursday night through Friday afternoon. If excessive rainfall and snowmelt are realized, river flooding could occur or continue Friday night through Saturday night and could require additional watches or warnings.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff combined with snowmelt may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
