* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lauderdale, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...From midnight CST tonight through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 2 to 4 inches of rainfall with isolated higher amounts is expected across the watch area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
