* Until 500 AM CST.
* At 142 AM CST, local law enforcement reported several roads remain flooded and closed across the city of Dallas. Doppler radar also indicates additional thunderstorms producing heavy rain are moving back into Dallas County. Radar estimates between 2 and 4 inches of rain has fallen across most of Dallas County since Wednesday evening. Any additional heavy rain may quickly cause flash flooding. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas.
