* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence KY, southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia and Lawrence OH, southwest Virginia, including the following county, Buchanan, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Gilmer, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, McDowell, Mingo, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Raleigh, Putnam, Roane, Wayne and Wyoming.

* WHEN...From 1 AM EST Friday through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
