WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following counties, Clay and Greene and Southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Dunklin and Pemiscot.
WHEN...Until 1015 PM CST Thursday.
IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 409 PM CST, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kennett, Caruthersville, Malden, Piggott, Corning, Hayti, Steele, Campbell, Rector, Senath, Chalk Bluff Natural Area, Holcomb, Hayti Heights, Wardell, Knobel, St. Francis, Pollard, Greenway, McDougal and Peach Orchard. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
