* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Dyer, Lake, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 658 PM CST, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martin, Union City, McKenzie, Reelfoot Lake State Park, Tiptonville, Dresden, South Fulton, Greenfield, Ridgely, Gleason, Troy, Kenton, Obion, Sharon, Clayton, Cloverdale, Latham, Palmersville, Miston and Cottonwood Grove. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
