* WHERE...Portions of central, southern, and western West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Clay and Nicholas. In southern West Virginia, Boone, Fayette, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, Raleigh and Wyoming. In western West Virginia, Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 754 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. In addition, larger creeks may exceed their banks later today and be vigilant for the potential of rock slides occurring on local roads. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
