...Observed flooding changed to Minor severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in Tennessee... North Fork Obion River near Martin For the Obion River...including Martin, Obion, Bogota...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...North Fork Obion River near Martin.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flooding is occurring along the North Fork Obion River in northeast Obion County and northwest Weakley County. Flooding is also occurring in low-lying areas near Union City.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CST Friday the stage was 20.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM CST Friday was 20.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is near crest now and is expected to fall quickly this afternoon. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
