* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 147 AM EST, Flooding is ongoing with rising rivers and streams due to recent heavy rain and runoff. The Clinch River, North Fork Holston, and tributaries are near or above moderate flood stage and will remain flooded through much of Saturday. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
