* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water begins to flood baseball field near water treatment plant.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:56 AM EST Saturday the stage was 10 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 2.2 feet by Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
