Flood Warning until 10:00AM 
The Flood Warning will expire at 10 AM EST this morning for portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton, Clay, Nicholas and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Pocahontas, Randolph and Upshur. Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. There have been no new reports of flooding this morning. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
