North Avenue is closed for westbound traffic at Centennial Avenue due to emergency utility work.  North bound traffic on Centennial Avenue between South Avenue and North Avenue closed to avoid congestion in the area of the utility work.  Work is estimated to be completed by 11:00pm.  Police are on scene to assist with traffic. Please attempt to avoid the area and plan an alternate route of travel.
