* WHAT...Snow expected, mainly in the morning and overnight hours. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.

* WHERE...In Oregon, North Oregon Coast Range Lowlands. In Washington, Willapa and Wahkiakum Lowlands.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Sunday to 4 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTH OREGON COAST RANGE LOWLANDS ... WILLAPA AND WAHKIAKUM LOWLANDS
