A recent HAZMAT incident has been reported at the Martinez Refinery prompting a Public Heath Advisory for residents in Martinez, parts of Pacheco and Clyde via the County's Community Warning System (CWS). Smoke is visible in the area and the amount of release is unknown.  Individuals with respiratory sensitivites may be impacted.
