Effective at 8:00 am this morning, February 2, the Resident Only Closure at 22500 Pacific Coast Highway, stretching to Coastline Dr., has been lifted and is now open to the public (one lane only in each direction due to road/utility work).  

Due to the maintenance, the indicated area of PCH will be a 25 MPH speed limit, and all traffic laws will be strictly enforced.  

Expect long delays as traffic may be heavy along PCH.  

⚠️Eastbound PCH at Coastline Dr remains a Resident Only Closure controlled by LAPD.
