Culver City Police are asking for the community’s help locating Carl Kinsey (age 90). Carl was last seen on Wednesday, January 29th, at approximately 9:10 am, walking westbound on Washington Boulevard.
Carl is a Black male last seen wearing a dark blue jacket, blue jeans, and black beanie and carrying a green bag with personal items.
Carl has dementia and is familiar with the Culver City area. Carl is known to visit Trader Joe's and Sprouts near the Westfield Culver City shopping center.
