The Albany Police Department is currently attempting to locate 71-year-old Deeon Fields who left a residence on Mc Crossin Avenue around 2:40 p.m. and was last seen in the area of 369 New Scotland Avenue today around 3:45 PM.
Fields, who has dementia was last seen wearing green sweat pants with a graffiti design on them, blue sneakers, and a mid length brown jacket.
Anyone with information on Field's whereabouts is asked to contact the Albany Police Detective Division at (518) 462-8039.
