* WHEN...From 9 AM Wednesday to 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
