* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations between one tenth and two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain will begin transitioning to light rain early Thursday morning. However, slick spots may linger through mid-morning as surface temperatures remain chilly in the mid-30s. Temperatures will warm into the 40s by early afternoon.
