A 34-year-old Green Bay man arrested as a suspect in connection to a reported stabbing under investigation as a homicide on the City’s west side has been charged.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged James Dorr on February 6, 2025:
- First-Degree Intentional Homicide
- Use of a Dangerous Weapon
- Mistreatment of Animals
- Use of a Dangerous Weapon
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Obstructing an Officer
- Resisting an Officer
Dorr was taken into custody on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, for the incident that occurred on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at an apartment complex on the 1500 block of Capitol Drive.
The victim’s identity remains withheld.
