Red Flag Warning until 07:00PM Friday 
...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 7 PM FRIDAY FOR MUCH OF NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL NM DUE TO VERY LOW HUMIDITY AND WINDY CONDITIONS... .Strong southwest winds will develop Friday mid morning east of the Sangre De Cristo and Sandia Mountains to the TX and OK borders, then continue into the early evening hours. In addition, minimum humidity will reach down into the single digits and high temperatures will challenge daily record values. This comes after many days of well above normal temperatures and very low humidity. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from 9 AM to 7 PM MST Friday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Highlands (Zone 123), Northeast Plains (Zone 104), Central Highlands (Zone 125) and the East Central Plains (Zone 126) from 9 AM TO 7 PM Friday.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 6 and 11 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHEAST PLAINS ... NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS ... CENTRAL HIGHLANDS ... EAST CENTRAL PLAINS
