* WHERE...A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Washington.

* WHEN...Until 715 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 225 AM EST, Minor flooding is likely occurring based off the North Fork Holston River gauge 2 miles north of White Mills. Current water level is near 14 feet. At minor flood stage some camping spaces in Riverside Campground begin to flood. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Holston. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
