Winter Weather Advisory until 06:00PM Saturday

...SNOW EXPECTED THIS EVENING INTO SATURDAY EVENING... .The watch has been maintained for the area with the best chance for the heaviest snowfall to occur. Farther west the expected snow should be on the lower end of the previously expected amounts in the Winter Storm Watch, so opted to upgrade to an advisory. Also for the advisory area the bulk of the snow is expected to fall overnight from Friday night into Saturday morning and will not overlap with any peak travel times.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and southeast Minnesota and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
