* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of less than one inch and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio and southwest and western Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.

* AFFECTED AREAS: TUSCARAWAS ... CARROLL ... COLUMBIANA ... COSHOCTON ... BEAVER ... ALLEGHENY ... WESTMORELAND
