WInter Weather/ Parking Reminders 
With inclement weather approaching, the Village would like to remind residents that there is NO overnight on-street parking (midnight-7:00 am) between November 1st and May 1st (local law 340-3). Additionally, there is NO overnight parking in the Village library lot and the Maple Ave. lot near the intersection of Maple Ave. and Main St. 24 hour parking is available in the Village lot behind the Altamont Enterprise. Altamont police will be ticketing and towing vehicles in violation. We are seeking voluntary compliance to ensure safe and efficient operation of snow removal equipment.
