TOWN OF NEW CASTLE DECLARATION OF SNOW EMERGENCY IN EFFECT UNTIL 12 NOON. 
During the emergency period, it shall be unlawful to park or leave unattended a motor vehicle on any street or highway. Under the direction of the Police Chief or Superintendent of Highways, any vehicle left in this fashion may be subject to being towed at the owner's expense. This emergency shall be in effect until Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 12 Noon.
