West Mifflin PD is advising that the traffic lights are not working correctly on Buttermilk Hollow Rd at Lebanon Church Rd. Traffic is backed up all the way down to Thompson Run Rd at this time. Traffic company has been notified to assist with the traffic light issue. Please use alternate routes. Unknown how long until the issue will be resolved.
