* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches and ice accumulations around one quarter of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Tuesday to 11 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
