Traffic Stop Leads to Discovery of a Ghost Gun and Subsequent Arrest
DATE/TIME: February 8, 2025, at approximately 10:46 p.m.
INCIDENT: PC 25850(a) - Possession of a Loaded Firearm
LOCATION: Mountain View Avenue and Mead Street, Loma LInda
SUSPECT(S): Lindbergh Arzu, a 27-year-old resident of Loma Linda
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On February 8, 2025, Deputy O'Brien from Central Station observed the driver of a silver Honda Crosstour, violate multiple California Vehicle Codes (CVC) while operating his vehicle in the city of Loma Linda. O'Brien initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver and two other occupants, which included Lindbergh Arzu.
The driver was found to be on felony probation and a search of the vehicle was conducted. Deputy O'Brien located a loaded 9mm Polymer P80 handgun and a high-capacity magazine during the search. A records check of the firearm revealed it was an unregistered Ghost Gun. Due to Arzu being in possession of a loaded unregistered firearm, he was arrested and booked in at Central Detention Center for PC 25850(a), a felony in the State of California.
