Pilla, 26 of Granite City, arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence - Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence 0.08+, Driving While Revoked, Expired Registration, and Improper Use of Registration. Incident occurred in the 1200 block of South Jefferson Street.
