North Avenue eastbound lane is closed from North Union Avenue to Alden Street due to emergency water company roadwork.  Truck detour set up at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and North Avenue to use South Avenue as a detour to Centennial Avenue for eastbound North Avenue truck traffic.  All other traffic will have a local detour with police officers on scene.
