Please be advised the following ordinances that are up for public hearing will be tabled at the upcoming February 12th Council Meeting due the unforeseen absence of the City’s Planner:

• Ordinance 2025-1 (1201 Memorial Amendment to redevelopment plan) 
• Ordinance 2025-2 (Special Assessment at Block 4306, Lots 1-8)
• Ordinance 2025-3 (Financial Agreement at Block 4306, Lots 1-8)
• Ordinance 2025-4 (1001 First Ave. Amendment to the redevelopment plan)  

The Ordinances second reading will take place at the February 26th Council Meeting where the planner will be available to answer any questions the public may have.
