* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois, mainly northwest of I-55.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest chances of over 6 inches of snow are near and northwest of the Illinois River.
