WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. A mix of snow, sleet, 
  and freezing rain will impact the area, with snow and sleet more 
  likely further northwest. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 
  inches are possible. Areas closer to US 24 are more likely to be a 
  mixture of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Snow amounts nearest to 
  US 24 are likely to be closer to 3 to 5 inches, with ice 
  accumulations up to a tenth possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and 
  northwest Ohio.
* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions 
  could impact the Wednesday evening  and Thursday morning
  commutes.
