A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Monmouth County. Snow will begin this evening and continue throughout the night. Weather forecast are calling for 3-5 inches of snow in the Belmar area. Snowfall is expected to accumulate on the roadways overnight. Be sure to follow local snow ordinances regarding parked vehicles to allow DPW to clear the roads efficiently. Snow ordinances can be found on the Belmar or Lake Como Borough websites or you can call the Belmar Police if you have any questions.
