SNOW EMERGENCY FROM WEDNESDAY FEB 12TH @ 6 AM TO THURSDAY FEB 13TH @ 6 PM.

The Cities of Mount Vernon and Lisbon will be declaring a SNOW EMERGENCY that will be in effect from 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 until 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
All vehicles must be removed from designated snow emergency routes. Vehicles that are not moved from designated routes may result in a $25 fine and having your vehicle impounded.
