Stolen Truck Offense Leads to Arrest and Drug Possession Charge
Detective Adam Burnette with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office Community Impact Team charged Jessie Jane Fulbright, 25, of Marion with felony Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, felony Possession of Methamphetamine and felony Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Prison or Local Confinement Facility. She was given a secured bond of $50,000.
On January 24, Detective Burnette was in the North Cove area in search of a stolen truck when he was led to Fulbright’s residence where the truck was found to be parked.
Upon investigation, Fulbright was taken into custody and transported to the McDowell County Detention Center. While being processed at the facility, Fulbright was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
