Chapman - Implemented Emergency Snow Routes 
Due to the forecasted accumulation of snow tonight, the Chapman Police Department is activating the emergency snow routes effectively immediately.
The snow routes within the city limits of Chapman are as follows:
All of 4th Street
All of Nicholson Road
All of Irish Drive
All of Marshall Avenue
West 5th Street from Nicholson Road to the Golf Course
West 7th Street from Marshall Avenue to Nicholson Road
All vehicles parked on an emergency snow route must be moved off of the roadway. Vehicles that remain parked on the roadway may be towed at the owner’s expense. The Police Department will attempt to make contact with the owner before towing any vehicles.
