INCIDENT: HS 11378 – Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale
LOCATION: Navajo Road & Bear Valley Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT(S): Michael Garcia, 57-year-old male of Apple Valley
SUMMARY: On Monday, February 10, 2025, at approximately 9:56 p.m., Deputy T. Belvin with Apple Valley Police Department conducted a stop on a bicyclist at Navajo Road and Bear Valley Road in the Town of Apple Valley.
During the stop Michael Garcia was found to be in possession of approximately 74 grams of suspected methamphetamine, along with other illegal narcotics. Garcia was arrested for possession of controlled substances for sales and booked into High Desert Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
