* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow early this evening is expected to mix with sleet by midnight, then mix with and change over to freezing rain after midnight. Temperatures are then expected to climb above freezing by mid-morning Thursday with rain ending later in the day.
