* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Peak snowfall rates, greater than a half inch per hour, are expected late afternoon through the evening, roughly between 4PM and 2AM.
