* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A light wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain are possible this afternoon. The heaviest precipitation will occur this evening as precipitation transitions to primarily freezing rain. Surfaces will rapidly become icy. Winds will tend to be light tonight with westerly winds gusting to 30 mph during the day on Thursday.
