The Water Department is actively working on a Water Main Break on Elliot Rd in the area of Kensey Apartments. The road will be closed to thru traffic between Englewood Ave and Iroquios Place.  

Residents in this area of Elliot Rd will be affected by this break. Residents may experience low pressure to no water during the repair.

Water Main Breaks like this typically take six hours to repair once locations have been marked out and the Water Department begins to dig. Once the leak has been identified the pipe will be assessed and repair will be made. Typically, these breaks do not result in Boil Water Advisories. In the event that one is issued, the Dept. of Public Works will send out communication immediately with instructions. Updates will only be provided if needed.
