* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.4 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
