INCIDENT: P.C. 243(D) Battery with Great Bodily Injury, P.C. 245(A)(4)- Assault with a Deadly Weapon, P.C. 408- Unlawful Assembly
LOCATION: 12080 Amargosa Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Randy Lee King, 37-year-old Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Monday, February 3, 2025, deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to a reported assault during an organized protest at “G&M” gas station, reference a physical altercation.
Deputies arrived and determined one subject suffered serious injuries because of the assault. Detectives with the Victorville Police Department assumed the investigation and identified Randy Lee King, as a suspect in the assault. On Thursday, February 6, 2025, King was arrested by Victorville deputies during a traffic stop.
Randy Lee King was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for P.C. 243(D)- Battery with Great Bodily Injury, P.C. 245(A)(4)- Assault with a Deadly Weapon, P.C. 408- Unlawful Assembly, and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for P.C. 594(B)(1)- Vandalism.
