* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Minor flooding of lowland and agricultural land is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 20.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
