* WHERE...Portions of central and northern California, including the following counties, in central California, northwestern Monterey and northwestern San Benito. In northern California, south central Santa Clara and southeastern Santa Cruz.

* WHEN...Until 415 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 117 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.2 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Salinas, Watsonville, Gilroy, Hollister, Seaside, Monterey, Marina, Pacific Grove, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Carmel Valley Village, Boronda, Spreckels, Prunedale, Castroville, Chualar, Moss Landing, Interlaken, Ridgemark, San Clemente Dam and Del Monte Forest. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
