* WHERE...Portions of central and northern California, including the following counties, in central California, north central San Benito. In northern California, eastern Santa Clara.
* WHEN...Until 645 AM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 344 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3.5 inches are expected over the area.
