Simi Valley Sex Offender Arrested 
Simi Valley Police Department conducted an investigation into Britten Thomas Allen (37, Simi Valley) related to charges of engaging in sex acts with a minor. The investigation revealed Britten, who is currently a registered sex offender in Simi Valley (since 2021) and on parole for narcotics violations, made contact with a minor over social media and ultimately arranged to meet in person. After picking the minor up from a local shopping area, the two engaged in sex acts inside his vehicle.
On February 13, 2025, Simi Valley Police Department Detectives arrested Allen for several violations including:
287(b)(1) PC - Oral Copulation with a Minor
647.6(c)(2) PC – Child Annoyance with Prior Conviction
288.2(a)(2) PC - Sharing Harmful Matter to a Minor
Britten was booked at Ventura Main jail for the above listed charges in addition to a parole hold.
