* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Whiteout conditions expected or occurring, especially near Eagle Summit.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WHITE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH TERRAIN SOUTH OF THE YUKON RIVER
